New Services Manager role
I am very pleased to announce that Janice Kaden has been appointed to a new role as Services Manager for Care Assess.
Janice is a senior registered nurse (BNu, Level 4 RN) with more than 20 years’ experience in nursing, community care and team management. As well as skills in clinical and nursing management, she has expertise in quality systems, continuous improvement, and application of standards, complaints management, and incident management.
Janice joins the Management Team to assisting in leadership, supervision, and management, working particularly with our regional Clinical Team Leaders and providing clinical oversight and support. She will also work closely with referrers, service providers, and other stakeholders among other areas in her role.
