New Quality Manager Role

Congratulations to Marianne Fisher who has come on board as the first Quality Manager for Care Assess!

The Quality Manager role has the major portfolio of Compliance and Quality Assurance, which involves more than just work on policies and procedures. It’s about how we do what we do, because method is always the key to ensuring any great product. But more than just ensuring we meeting relevant standards, guidelines and legislation, the Quality Manager will focus on quality improvement across everything we do, which is key to driving the performance of any operation – and community care is no different!

Marianne has an Associate Diploma in Business Studies and has detailed experience in business management in the not for profit sector. She has almost twenty years’ experience in corporate governance in a previous role as company secretary, with high level skills also in legal compliance, reporting, quality control and assurance, improvement and policy development.

She will have responsibility in Care Assess for compliance and quality assurance, policies and procedures, and meeting relevant standards, guidelines and legislation.

We are very much looking forward to Marianne’s invaluable contribution to Care Assess’ continuous improvement efforts!
