New Chairman of the Board: Stelvio Vido

I am excited to announce that Care Assess’ directors have appointed Stelvio Vido as a new director and as independent Chairman of the Board (from January 2015).

Since 2012, the Directors have been moving towards a best practice board model. Appointing an independent chair with the right combination of experience and skills is a significant step towards going from ‘good to great’ as a Board and as a company!

While our new Chairman, Stelvio is currently Chief Executive Officer at Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre (a Melbourne based non-for-profit organisation), and has recently served with RDNS Limited as Executive General Manager.

As Care Assess’ Chairman, Stelvio brings over 30 years’ senior executive experience including successfully entering new markets in Victoria, New Zealand, China, and South East Asia – as well as harnessing existing ICT systems to create a world leading telehealth capability to deliver virtual healthcare in the home
