Welcome Lynne Green

We are pleased to announce that Care Assess has appointed Lynne Green to the position of Senior Coordinator for our Health Assessments and Mental Health Assessments Programs.

Lynne has gained experience as a Practice Manager in General Practice, Surveyor and Speaker for AGPAL, which has equipped her well for this position. She has managed medical practices for over 17 years, leading change by example, preparation and empowerment.

During that time Lynne has managed small and large medical practices. This role has included the responsibility for achieving and maintaining accreditation under the standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners which are designed to provide a quality framework in primary healthcare.

Her knowledge is also demonstrated by her role with Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd over the past five years as a surveyor assessing systems within general practice. In this time Lynne has surveyed 120 practices in all areas of Tasmania.

Monitoring Medicare policies and ensuing updates to ensure compliance has been a core responsibility for Lynne in her role as a practice manager.  This has been demonstrated in her roles at Clarence Medical Centre and Lindisfarne Clinic setting up chronic disease management clinics. Robust systems were put in place to ensure compliance with all Medicare requirements. Her knowledge and skills have been enhanced by participating in the National Collaboratives Program which supports a culture of quality improvement in General Practice, and participating in ongoing education.
