Accreditation from Quality Review 2014
A huge *congratulations* to everyone at Care Assess on an outstanding outcome from our accreditation in the 2014 Quality Review from the Australian Government’s new Australian Aged Care Quality Agency!
After the final visits of the Quality Agency to our North West and Northern Tasmania offices on December 19-20th, following their site visit to our Southern office on 29th October, our Senior Managers were reflecting on how complementary the quality reviewers were by way of immediate feedback; stating how clearly and strongly our evidence pointed towards high standards being met across all areas in all sites!
We have now received the Final Quality Review Reports for each site/region and are able to confirm that all 18 expected outcomes from the Home Care Standards have been met consistently and completely.
This is an absolute fantastic result for us all – this is our first accreditation from the new Quality Agency and provides evidence of the amazing job that everyone has been doing in our Home Care Packages and Home and Community Care services.
These reports will become something that will make us all very proud for many years to come! It just goes to show how brilliant a job our staff do and how well our model actually works.
A huge thank you to *all* staff and subcontractors; admin and service delivery staff, team leaders and managers, and of course Marianne our Quality Manager!
