Future Directions

Care Assess is a company with a bright future.

We believe deeply in the value of what we do. Our identity is rooted in a past history of excellence and our current performance as a growing innovator in Tasmanian home care. Together with our clients, we perceive the exciting opportunities that lie open before us.

In 2014 we benefit from recent success that has set in motion a ‘pipeline’ of sustainable growth that will extend into the years ahead. But we will not rely on this.

Our people and our culture today define our capacity to take on the challenges and opportunities of the future – and our partnership with both our clients and our work force needs to empower us to set the pace and reach forward into everything that is possible for us as a company.

We want to work for all our stakeholders with real partnership; by true engagement: With you, for you. If we do, our future directions will propel us along a journey toward what we can achieve together, not by the power of one, but by the collective power of one-another.

And that’s why consumer engagement and workforce development are central focuses in our next three year (2014-2017) Strategic Business Plan, which we are in the process of drafting.

Titled, “Our Future Directions”, this Strategic Business Plan 2014-2017, is currently being developed with input from company members, directors, managers and staff from all regional teams state-wide.

And we want to invite external input too from all stakeholders; our consumers, our service providers, our referrers and funders.
